2008 Calendar of Events
Spring Celebration – April 12
Held from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m., the Spring Celebration features tours of Woodburn, outdoor entertainment, arts and crafts, face painting, clowns, cookies and punch, and fun for the whole family.
Old Dover Days – May 3
Celebrate Dover’s history! Enjoy tours of Woodburn and the Hall House from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m., and join Governor Ruth Ann Minner for tea on the lawn and old fashioned dancing from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.
Fall Festival – October 4
The Fall Festival kicks off at 8:30 a.m. with a 5K run/walk ($15 entry fee). Following the race, the festival goes from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. and features local craft vendors, activities for children, games, entertainment, food, tours of Woodburn and Hall House, and much more!
Halloween Haunted House – October 31
The Halloween Haunted House is a Woodburn tradition! Come to trick or treat from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., and go through the haunted maze, if you dare…
Christmas Open House – December 13
Come see Woodburn at its most beautiful time of the year from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. Enjoy the exquisite trees and decorations, listen to carols, have cookies and punch with Governor Minner, and pay a special visit to Santa and Mrs. Claus.
Events are free and open to the public.
